Tail gunner is an unlockable 
Ability for your 
Trooper. It is a notch above Trigger Happy, but as the description states it only affects automatic weapons (Assault Weapons and Machine Guns).
Coupled with Trigger Happy, it can make a trooper's attack very powerful, at the expense of higher ammunition consumption.
