On Point is an unlockable ability. Once acquired it grants the 
Trooper 200 
Initiative right after deployment, essentially allowing to take his turn earlier than the enemy can. The greatest effect can be achieved by utilising one-hit-kill and long-ranged weaponry, e.g. sniper rifles and rocket launchers.
