"Another glorious day in the corps! A day in the MT corps is like a day on the farm. Every meal's a banquet! Every paycheck a fortune. Every formation a parade! I LOVE the corps."

Enthusiastic is an unlockable ability. Once acquired it improves Speed by 25%, right up to the point the Trooper takes damage. To make this ability of any effect, one needs to upgrade the trooper's dodging or Initiative capabilities, without which the ability won't be even noticeable.
